What can I do if I want to close my TNG account?

TNG's mission has always been to simplify your life. In order to realize this, we strive to provide the best service to our users. Currently, there are hundreds of merchants accepting TNG payment! You can also easily transfer money to your friends by simply using TNG to conduct P2P transactions! So, keep your eyes peeled for more merchants and promotions to come!

With this in mind, if you still wish to close your TNG account and settle the balance, please contact our customer service team at +852 39516268 to schedule an appointment and visit our office in person.

Please provide the following documents for processing the account cancellation:

1) A mobile phone with your registered TNG number (with the registered SIM card)
2) Your identification proof - HK Identity Card or passport
3) A copy of the cover page of your bank book, your ATM card, or your current/savings account statement for the balance settlement

We will handle the account closure request and settle the account balance for you in at least 7 business days (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays do not count as business days).
However, promotional gifts, discount vouchers, etc. will not be paid as cash settlement.

*Account cancellation: (below admin fee would only be deducted from the account's remaining balance before refund. No refund would be made to customer if the remaining balance is insufficient for the admin fee deduction)
i. Refund via crossed cheque: HKD300
ii. Refund via bank transfer: HKD150
