What is the difference between Login Password and Transaction PIN?

For maximum protection of your information, you need to create a Login Password and Transaction PIN when register a new TNG account.

The Login Password consists of at least 8 alphanumeric characters or special symbols (allowed mixed usage), which is used for login and change account infomation.
The Transaction PIN must be 6 numeric digits and used for transaction confirmation.

If you remember one of your passwords, you can reset the other one through the app instantly, no need to provide email address for retrieve password or call our Customer Service Hotline for the verification code.
