How do I use ebanking for top up?

Internet Banking Top-Up Instructions:

1) Login to your Online Banking Account (BOC / Nanyang / Chiyu)
2) Choose "Bill Payment" > "My Bill List" > "Pay New Bill"
3) Merchant Category > "IT/Business Services"
4) Merchant Name "TNG (Asia) Limited"
5) Bill Number > Enter your 16-digit TNG number (Tap "My" > "My Account" to check the TNG No)
6) Bill Type > "01-Deposit"
7) Payment Amount > Enter the top-up amount
8) Account Number > Select your debit account number
9) Confirm the top-up payment
10) Input the Transaction Confirmation Code generated by the security device (if applicable)

*Please make sure your TNG wallet does not exceed the maximum stored value of your membership type after the latest Top-Up is credited to your wallet. You may need to contact our Customer Service hotline at +852 39516268 for further assistance when that happens.
