Why my friend cannot receive the related amount after I transferred?

Please remind the receiver to accept the transfer request:

1) Tap the "My" icon and select "Transaction History"
2) Select the P2P Transfer request message and accept it

Please note that the receiver has to accept the transaction within 14 days of the request, if not, the transaction will be cancelled and the system will credit the amount back to the sender's account on the 15th day.

The sender can also cancel the P2P transaction (Tap the "My" icon, select "Transaction History" and then the P2P Transfer message) if the receiver has not accepted the request. An admin fee of HKD5 will be charged.
