Why do I receive "username or password incorrect" error message when i login?
Your login password consists of at least 8 alphanumeric characters or special symbols (allowed mix usage); the transaction PIN must be 6 numeric digits. If you remember one of your passwords, you can reset the other at the login page (Please ensure the SMS function is activated).
If you failed to recall both login password and your transaction PIN, please contact our service hotline for password reset appointment.
