Why do I receive a message saying 'You are using a screen overlay/floating windows/related application' when I try to log in to the TNG App on my Android device, and why am I restricted from using the TNG App?

This is because the TNG App has detected that you are using screen overlays, floating windows or related applications.
 
To ensure the security of your account, we have implemented new security measures in the Android version of the TNG App to prevent unauthorized individuals from controlling your Android device through malicious software.
If the TNG App detects that you are using screen overlays, floating windows, or related applications, your access to the TNG App will be temporarily suspended.
To continue using the TNG App, you need to disable the screen overlay/floating window settings or uninstall such applications from unofficial app stores on your Android device, and then reopen the TNG App.
