How to track the transaction history?

To check your exchange history, you can press the "My" icon at the bottom of the landing page and select "Cash Pick-up Code". Press the "List" icon near the top right corner and you will be able to view the transaction details. These include the status of your transaction and transaction details, such as if it is successful, expired or if there is unredeemed foreign currency.
